How to check your balance:
Go to "Support & Options" tab in the Software
Enter your Username (login) and Password
Press "Check balance" button
How to perform Factory Unlock procedure:
Take out (remove from the phone) SIM and SD cards.
Power the phone on
Connect the phone to the Box using Samsung Micro UART C3300k/C3303k cable
Select proper device model in the Software list
Keep phone's LCD on and unlocked during the procedure (touch LCD must be ON during the Unlock process), this is important!
Press "Factory Unlock" button in the Software
If the device model is not present in the Software list or "Factory Unlock" button is not active for the model, you can try to perform Factory Unlock operation by the next way:
Go to "Support & Options" tab in the Software
Take out (remove from the phone) SIM and SD cards.
Power the phone on
Connect the phone to the Box using Samsung Micro UART C3300k/C3303k cable
Keep phone's LCD on and unlocked during the procedure (touch LCD must be ON during the Unlock process), this is important!
Press "Factory Unlock" button
Note 1: After completed Unlock procedure, if the phone still asking for the code, use 00000000 (eight zeros) as NCK code. Note 2: You can repeat the Unlock procedure for the same phone as many times as you need, this will not take (consume) your credits. IMPORTANT! Trying to unlock phones, which were processed with third party tools, in which IMEI, S/N, MSL Address or any other sensitive important data were changed or damaged, phones, which have default IMEI (like "0049..."), or phones, which have bad/damaged certificate, can take (consume) credits, but the unlocking process will terminate with error, and credits won't be refunded! Octoplus / Octopus Suite v.1.3.0 is out! We have added Huawei remote unlock services!
Huawei (All Levels + Reset Key) Emergency Services (35 credits) All Huawei devices are supported: phones, modems, tablets and so on...
In addition, we introduce a major change concerning Octopus Server credits with this release.
To improve flexibility and for your usage convenience we have increased credits count by 10 and reduced prices accordingly. For example, 10 new credits will be equal to 1 old credit. Credits consumption for all supported operations will be adjusted respectively. All remaining credits on your balances will be multiplied by 10 as well.
During the implementation of appropriate changes, the server would be offline for the next 2 hours.
How to check your balance:
Go to "Support & Options" tab in the Software
Enter your Username (login) and Password
Press "Check balance" button
How to submit your IMEI for unlock:
Go to "Remote Service" tab in the Software
Select required service type from drop down menu
If you click on "Information" button, it would bring you a brief description of each service
Type your IMEI number into IMEI field
