Dell Laptop Restart in booting windows solved......

solution:
insert win xp sp2 OS OS kasi ......
need to be boot-cd rom form the settings you
follow onscreen instruction to enter the OS (Press any key)
recovery console, select
follow onscreen instruction again (just press enter)


, the command prompt type "chkdsk" check for errors
in my case, there is an error in volume
-next type "fixboot"
Press "y" then enter key to confirm
Type exit, lastly.
