This tutorial is for the phone liberal Movistar ZTE Grand X
Enter Engineering menu * # * # 3646633 # * # *
Under 'SIMMeLock -> Network Subset Personalization -> Unlock permanently' and finalized
They remove the battery and turn on again
We return to the Engineering menu * # * # 3646633 # * # *.
Under 'SIMMeLock -> Network Personalization -> Unlock, not requesting a code and tells us we have 5 attempts, if we have not introduced any wrong before
The code to enter is: 12345678
After entering throws us a message accepted enter 'Unlock permanently' and accept.
Reboot the phone and stay ready
