Q: I receive GB-Key and SW do not ask for activation, but give message User/password Error
A: Contact with your reseller, to provide user/pass, coz he already activated your GB-Key

Q: I Forgot My password, what can I do ?
A: Make request from WEB www.gb-key.com and provide user + SN, you will receive pass in your email 24h/48h

Q: What can I do if I forget my User ?
A: You have to give proof that you are the owner of the GB-Key SN, this is done to protect users that lost there GB-Key to be used by thief. (Proof can be history log, reseller confirmation etc

Q: Can I change my User / pass ?
A: This can be done by Team members only and is not Usual, so before activation, please think well about it

Q: Where to download last version of SW, Drivers etc ...
A:All Updates are annonced in this Section, and there Mirror thread for download, last ver of SW is always in www.gb-key.com

After downloading latest version
Before using GBKey u have to do this last step !!!

Follow this
1* Open GBKey prog
2* Go to config

3* Enter a valid mail & pass (Just enter it will save automatically)

!!! Now U Can enjoy unlimited unlocks with your GbKey

Just open the folder where u saved GBKey
You will see .log file

Open log file and u will see your previous history !!!

After downloading latest version if u r getting Errors like :

Code:: [color=#FF0000]This application has fail to start because the application configuration is incorrect.
Reinstalling may fix this problem.[/color]

You need this : Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

Or this : Download: Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

After installing this if u still have prob
Just Chk if u have service pack 3
