@To perform "Unlock"/"Repair IMEI" operation, do the next: 1. Upgrade/Downgrade phone's firmware to 4.4 (4.4.0) Android version (for example, with this tool: https://mega.co.nz/#!ygRliQaQ!6qAs2T...gN58KFGVpzdkBM). 2. Unlock phone's boot loader with this tool. 3. Root the device with this tool. 4. Perform "Unlock"/"Repair IMEI" operation with the latest Octopus/Octoplus Software version (https://mega.co.nz/#!ulAkFBbS!as4eOq...qudQKgzEKxrA1Q).
Note, if after of repairing IMEI, phone's IMIE remained the same, as it was before - perform "Unlock" operation and then "Repair IMEI" once again.

1. in octaplus under lg d820 or 821 (nexus 5) the unlock is not visible 2 that's because the nexus all devices are factory unlocked
however I was successful to change the IMEI and still no service?

I stand corrected there is UNLOCK Iam trying it currently and letting you know I will unlock than repair again...
