Please fix this Error With This qualcomm phones bold 9650 imei hex meid hex tools and others ... logs refund or repair this problems ... my phone is dead :

I know it's strange, but Chimera only have update at 02/10/2014, porque's a flash writing related problem and need some time to code the solution. Between info we have removed this feature from Chimera by These models (9650/9550)

Reported directly kills the phone, it really destroys what is the Pin team, which they are requesting all users who have done this type of operation and have had this problem, that the inconveniences resulting report details and Nick license.

Also report that is working on the problem and they will be taking ete options to these two models for these functions.
As well as the return of the credits used.
