For those that aren't a fan of the way that the iOS 7 Lock Screen puts up a dark tint over the wallpaper and blurs the wallpaper when you receive notifications, check out a new free jailbreak tweak called No Tint&Blur Lockscreen by iOS developer perascotta.

As shown above, once the tweak is installed, the tint effect and blur effect will no longer show on the Lock Screen when you receive a notification. Instead, it will be clear and transparent.

The developer notes that the modification is originally a patch from Flex
