Added Android tool NAND flashing
Added MTK Platform Boot V7.1324
Added Support for MT6572 into MTK Platform
Added Support for NAND flashing into MTK Platform

WE TESTED ROUND 40 UNSUPPORTED MTK 6572 AND ALL IS ****, JUST SELECT 7.1324 AND READ FLASH AND WRITE BACK, MAYBE SOME PHONES STILL NOT SUPPORTED WE ARE KEEP WORKING ON IT.
