It was recently spotted in an Apple Support Communities thread that many users who are running iOS 6 devices are unable to receive or make FaceTime calls starting from April 16th. This known issue is not affecting iOS 7 users and the company’s ‘System Status’ page says that the audio and video software is running properly. Apple has advised anyone experiencing this problem to upgrade their devices to iOS 7 but has yet to address a fix for the situation. However, a fix for this issue is expected to appear in the near future.
